New deal: Arsenal, Emirates extend landmark partnership until 2033 after Premier League triumph
Agreement covers shirt sponsorship, training kit and stadium naming rights
DUBAI – Arsenal Football Club and Emirates have announced a long-term renewal of one of the most recognisable partnerships in world sport, extending their relationship through to 2033.
The new agreement ensures Emirates will continue as the club's front-of-shirt sponsor, training kit partner and stadium naming rights partner for another seven years. The extension further cements what is already the Premier League's longest-running front-of-shirt sponsorship while opening a new chapter in a relationship that has defined the Emirates Stadium era.
The renewal comes at a significant moment for Arsenal following the club's recent Premier League title, with both organisations aiming to build on more than two decades of collaboration on and off the pitch.
Long partnership
Arsenal and Emirates first joined forces in 2006, with the partnership growing alongside the club's journey over the past 20 years. Throughout that period, the alliance has helped expand Arsenal's global reach while strengthening Emirates' presence among millions of football supporters worldwide.

The renewed agreement will continue several initiatives that have become closely associated with the partnership. These include the Emirates Cup, the annual pre-season tournament that brings leading clubs to North London, and Global Gooners, a programme designed to give international Arsenal supporters the opportunity to experience a match at Emirates Stadium for the first time.
The next phase of the partnership officially begins this weekend as Arsenal host Borussia Dortmund in the Emirates Cup. The fixture will also launch a programme of anniversary celebrations marking more than two decades of shared history between the club and the airline.
Emirates Airline President Sir Tim Clark is expected to attend the celebrations alongside Arsenal's senior leadership team.
Shared ambition
Arsenal Chief Executive Richard Garlick described the Premier League title as one of the proudest moments in the club's history and said Emirates had remained a constant partner throughout the journey.
He said the airline had stood alongside Arsenal during defining moments, challenges and successes over the past two decades, helping the club grow both on and off the pitch.

Garlick added that winning the league title had created an opportunity to become even more ambitious, saying the renewed agreement reflected a shared belief in Arsenal's future and a determination to continue building on the foundations established since 2006.
He said the strongest partnerships continue evolving, expressing confidence that both organisations would keep challenging themselves while pursuing even greater achievements together.
Global reach
Sir Tim Clark said the relationship between Emirates and Arsenal had developed into much more than a conventional sponsorship, highlighting the shared objective of bringing supporters closer to the club they follow.
He said the partnership had enabled both organisations to connect with millions of Arsenal fans across the Emirates global network while creating experiences that neither could have delivered independently.

According to Clark, few sporting partnerships can match the foundations built over the past two decades. He said the next stage would focus on building on that legacy for Arsenal supporters around the world, adding that Emirates was looking forward to creating more memorable moments with the club in the years ahead.
To mark the 20-year milestone, Arsenal and Emirates will roll out a series of supporter experiences and commemorative events over the coming weeks, celebrating the journey that has shaped the Emirates Stadium era while looking ahead to its future.
Coinciding with the partnership announcement, the club also unveiled a new cinematic film featuring Arsenal legend Per Mertesacker. Set inside an antique shop filled with memorabilia from across the Emirates era, the production reflects on two decades of shared memories between Arsenal, Emirates and supporters while hinting at the next chapter of one of football's most enduring commercial partnerships.
